We provide a project proposal based on architectural plans or we provide a cost based on a property visit and survey.

Once you’ve agreed to the quote, we’ll liaise with all the relevant third parties (like building control and party wall surveyors) to get the green light for construction.

Next, we’ll prepare our site team and all our specialist tradespeople to maximise efficiency on site.

We’ll then manage the various stages of the construction project from start to finish in line with our bespoke project plan.

Finally, we’ll obtain the necessary approval and certification from all relevant authorities to complete the project.
