This was my first every building project so a very daunting experience however Guy and his team were amazing. They were not only supportive and reassuring, but they were flexible with the change and development of my loft conversion project as it evolved. I had several companies quote for the job, but it was Guy’s honest and realistic approach to the plan of work and budget that made my decision to use them which paid off because my daughter now has her dream room.

The team that completed the physical build were nothing short of amazing lead by the most wonderful man Kosta who took such pride in the work and was ridiculously accommodating.

Having a bunch of strangers in your home for 6x weeks could have been very disruptive especially with young kids at home however they were respectful, friendly and other than a few particularly dusty days it was very non-intrusive. The work was finished to a high standard and completed in record time. I was shocked at how quick and efficient the whole build was.

Nuloft renovated our house about three years ago, including a rear extension and loft conversion, and we’re still really happy with the result.

They were easy to work with, good at keeping in touch, and stuck to the budget and timelines, which made a big project feel much more manageable.

Like with any renovation, there were a few hiccups along the way, but they were always quick to sort things out and put things right. Even now, three years later, they’re still really helpful whenever we need advice or have a question about the house.

Recently had a loft conversion done by Nuloft and was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly it went. Having heard some horror stories about conversions from other companies, I was a little worried about the whole process. However the team were excellent, finished bang on schedule (which was nice) and the results were exactly as planned and costed. Not even a penny over budget. We worked with Steve and Tani from Nuloft on the full renovation of our Victorian house. From our initial meeting up to project completion they were a dream to work with - professional, courteous, proactive, punctual and with excellent communication and attention to detail throughout.
