Nuloft request a deposit based on the projects unique requirements rather than a set percentage.  The deposit is required to cover the cost of any architectural fees incurred to date and to fund the commencement of the scaffold and material delivery.

A weekly assessment is carried out by a member of the Nuloft Senior Management Team to check and review site progress, once the assessment in complete inclusive of a full quality control check a valuation document is presented to the client, this gives the client an opportunity to check that the progress on site and valuation are aligned before releasing payment.  This method provides financial flow on site whilst ensuring that the client is not exposed or overpaying at any point.

Finally, a 5% retention is held for a 3 month period from the practical completion date, this allows the client to live in the space and raise any defects with Nuloft before having to make their final payment.
